1. Introduction & Definitions

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use 995 Bat:

• Users must be at least 18 years old. All 995 bat services are strictly prohibited for minors.
• Users must reside in a country or region where online gaming is legally permitted.
• Only individuals who have never had a 995 Bat account previously terminated are eligible to register.
• Users must place bets in their own name and on their own behalf.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

995 Bat supports transactions via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes after verification is complete.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The account name must match the depositor's name. Third-party transactions are strictly prohibited.
• 995 Bat reserves the right to withhold funds related to suspicious transactions until an investigation is complete.

5. Bonus Terms

995 Bat offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the required turnover has been completed.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent means will result in all bonuses being cancelled.

6. Betting Rules

Users may close their account at any time. Any legitimate funds remaining in the account will be returned, provided no violations have occurred.
